PROSECUTORS in Aruba fear they don't have enough evidence to convict Gary Giordano--the creepy swinger who's the prime suspect in the disappearance of Maryland party girl Robyn Gardner. His lawyer Chris Lejuez told RadarOnline.com: "They won’t have a slam dunk, I can assure you. I am not confident that he will never been charged, but I am confident that if he is that I will have a lot of things to say regarding this case."

A WICCAN prison chaplain who's real name is Witch, has denied drugging and inmate and performing sex acts on him during a staged hostage situation. 
Wheelchair bound Jamyi Witch, 52, told cops she had suffered a terrifying ordeal at the hands of an inmate who'd taken her hostage and refused to let her out of his office. 
But cops now think she  drugged him and performed sex acts on him and the hostage scenario was an elaborate scheme to get both her and the prisoner transferred to another prison.
According to Fox 11 however, the Witch, who was the first Wiccan chaplain of Wisconsin's, Oshkoh Correctional Insitute when she appointed in 2001, and the prisoner knew each other from a previous jail.

Not only did Charice Moss think it was a good idea to throw a lit cigarette at his six-month-old baby and her mom Ivy Brown and then burned down her apartment, when she ran off.
She told WLKY: "We got into an argument about my baby's clothes. He threw a lit cigarette at me and my daughter. I'm not going to let anyone harm my daughter."
As a result she scooped up her baby and went down the street to her friend's house, hoping Moss would calm down but 15 minutes later her mom called her and told her that her Louisville, KY apartment was on fire.
