THUG BUSTED IN BRYAN STOW DODGER STAD. ATTACK

COPS in Los Angeles have arrested the thug they suspect was the main attacker in a vicious assault on a San Francisco Giant fan at Dodger Stadium March 13.
According to Fox News, detectives investigating the horrific assault on Bryan Stow received a tip from a parole officer who fingered Giovanni Ramirez, 31, as thug-in-chief. The L.A. man was booked for assault with a deadly weapon and is being held on $1 million bail, cops said.

Police Chief Charlie Beck said of being told that Ramirez was in custody: "He said the words I've been waiting for, for seven weeks.

Brian David Mitchell's attorney's made the amazing claim in a four-page court filing, in an effort to persuade a judge to give him a lighter sentence.

AN evil child killer who tossed a boy from a five-storey parking ramp when he was just 14-years old has had his sentence upheld by a judge who told him: "You got what you deserve."
Omer Ninham, now 27, was part of a four-strong group that accosted 13-year-old Zong Van as he rode back to his Green Bay, WI home with a bag of tomatoes for his family. After punching him, they chased him to the top floor of a parking ramp where they cornered him.
Along with another boy, babyfaced assassin Ninham grabbed Van by his wrists and ankles and tossed him off.
A bystander on the ground said he heard a sound: "like a wet bag of cement hitting the pavement." Now 27, Ninham had appealed his sentence for first-degree intentional homicie, calling it "cruel and unusual."

DOG GONE MIRACLE. PET RETURNED AFTER FIVE YEARS

HER disappearance left her owners barking mad, but for five-years they had no leads as to where beloved family pet Cookie had gone.
But over half-a decade after the chihuahua disappeared she was returned to her owners, who had long given her up for dead.
Owner Alejandro Pantoja had almost given up Cookie for dead after she vanished from his San Diego, CA home.    
"We were surprised," he told the Union Tribune. "We had nearly given up hope on ever finding her."
He added that she seems to remember him, his wife and his three daughters.
Cookie was returned after a woman called animal services to say she found the tiny dog on her doorstep along with a black terrier.
Monica Madrigal told the paper: "I really didn't want to give the dog back because she was so cute, and I really like animals too, but I knew what the owner must have been going through."

FOLSOM PRISON BLUES: RACE RIOT AT INFAMOUS JAIL

JOHNNY Cash would not be happy. A violent riot has broken Folsom Prison which he made famous with his infamous record in which two inmates were stabbed multiple times.
More than 150 inmates smashed up the maximum security jail and guards were forced to fire a warning shot and used pepper spray to break up the fight.  
The condition of the two inmates who were stabbed was not immediately known, said Terry Thornton, a spokeswoman for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation.
Several other inmates were taken to outside hospitals, while others were treated at the prison for minor injuries, she said.

THE case baffled cops for well over a decade but a determined detective refused to be beaten and now thanks to DNA a brutal killer has been brought to justice. Kevin Bernard Smith Jr is charged with the bloody shooting Rupert Thompson and the attempted killing of Thompson’s wife, Dorothy in their LA home back in 1994. The pair were nearly asleep in their ground floor bedroom when Dorothy Thompson woke to find a gunman at the foot of their bed after hearing some glass shatter.
The man then blasted her in the torso before her husband got up and struggled with the thief in their front garden but he managed to escape. 
Rupert Thompson, then 73, later died and Dorothy Thompson was partially paralyzed in her right shoulder.

PITTSBURGH BOY, 7, GAVE HEROIN TO CLASSMATES

A LITTLE BOY has been caught giving away bags of heroin to his classmates in a Pittsburgh school.
The seven-year-old boy was caught was 18 bags of the killer drug, stamped "magic ticket" with a bunny jumping out of a hat, clearly designed to be dealt to the city's desperate junkies, in his locker.
Sources at the city's Roosevelt Primary School said they became suspicious after the boy cut his finger on a razor blade.
And after they questioned the student a teacher found the 18 individual bags of heroin in his backpack and locker which the boy reportedly told authorities that he got from his father's bedroom.

BUD WALLY RUIZ COULD GET LIFE IN DOG KILLING

HE'S on his third strike and it could well mean he serves a lifetime behind bars for the brutal killing of his pet chihuahua.
Bud Wally Ruiz threw his pet pooch at his wife Marcela after she objected to him taking it with him during a heated row with her at their Gilroy, CA home.
But he tossed the six-week-old puppy with such force the he killed it and now faces two felony counts for cruelty to animals.
He is also suspected of assaulting his wife before fleeing and was charged with a misdemeanor count of spousal battery.
