KIDNAPPING MUM TURNS SELF IN TO COPS IN CONN.

UPDATE: She turned herself into cops in Connecticut and will appear in court in New York today.
KIDNAPPING MUM Ann Pettway, the woman accused of taking Carlina White from a New York hospital 23-years ago, has gone on the run.
It's thought she posed as a nurse to take the defenseless tot when she was just 19 days old and raised White (badly) with the the name Nejdra Nance.
But her wicked deception was uncovered, when White asked to see her birth certificate and she was unable to provide one.
After contacting the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children DNA tests confirmed that Joy White and Carl Tyson were in fact White’s real parents and many tears were shed during a joyful reunion.
Pettway, thought to be fearful of kidnapping charges being laid against her, has now vanished.
She  was already on probation because of an attempted embezzlement conviction and is now missing.
Happy Reunion
North Carolina Department of Correction spokeswoman Pam Walker said officials have tried unsuccessfully to reach Pettway several times.
So on Friday she was declared a probation absconder and put into a national law enforcement database.
Keith Acree, a spokesman for the Department of Correction in North Carolina, told the New York Post here: "As we've learned of her involvement in this abduction, we've been working to locate her, and we haven't been able to reach her."
