THEY CALL her the Counterfeit Contessa. Law enforcement says Catarina Pietra Toumei is not working on behalf of the stinking rich Guggenheim clan in a bizarre bid to ditch $1 billion in diamonds.
 The pretty blonde rogue royal surrendered in California after being on the run for two days. Cops say 'The Contessa' and two colleagues tried to sucker potential investors into buying the sparkling gems and invest in a "Guggenheim Vodka" scam. Chinese refineries and the kitchen sink were also tossed.

The FBI arrested her co-conspirators , David Birnbaum and Vladimir Zuravel, in New York Monday, and the three suspects will be tried in New York.
