THE BROTHER of accused Florida child killer Casey Anthony tried to get his sister to reveal information during jail visits. Lee Anthony promised to keep secret any information she gave him on the bizarre disappearance of her two-year-old daughter Caylee.
Casey Anthony is charged with capital murder in the girl's death.Her body was found five months after her disappearance.

"(Did) you tell your sister that if she gives you a letter through this letter system, that you won't share it with anyone if she doesn't want you to?" defense attorney Jose Baez asked him during the pretrial hearing Thursday. "And say that to
her from brother to sister?"

 Lee Anthony told Baez he had. "Were you lying?" Baez asked. "Maybe," Anthony said, as his sister looked away with a shrug.
Defence lawyers are asking the judge to toss crucuial evidence in the high-profile murder trial because Anthony may not have been read her rights quickly enough. Pre-trial motions continue today in Orlando.
