GIRL, 13, GETS 20 YEARS FOR KILLING PARENTS

SHE hatched a plan with her boyfriend to kill her mother and stepfather. At just 12-years-old she watched as her boyfriend, just 13 himself, carried out the chillingly cold blooded execution.
Darlene Nevil, 46, didn't stand a chance, as the boy kicked in her bedroom door of their Dallas, TX home and shot her in the back of her head.
Then he pumped her husband Alan, also 46, with four bullets but astonishingly, he lived for 16 days and implicated his baby faced assassins before he died.
Cops quickly picked up the conniving pair and earlier this year the 13-year-old boyfriend and accomplice was sentenced to 28 years earlier this year.
Now the girl, who moved in with the pair after having problems with her father in Ohio will serve at least 20 for her part in the vicious crime. 
Alan's sister Fran Nevil Cawley told the girl in her victim impact statement: "We welcomed you with open arms, but it’s one lie after another for you.

“My only regret is not telling Alan what we had figured out about you.”
 She promised the family would be diligent to fight any appeals and attend any hearings.
The Texas Youth Commission will have custody of the girl until she's 18.
