HOMELESS? |
BEATING |
The Florida lawsuit alleges that the video production team for shefights.net paid them $50 to star
in the BDSM-like torture scenes.
Then they sold these exploitative videos called “beatdowns”, which left many of the victims with black eyes and bruises, from $2.99 all the way up to $33.99.
The videos included despicable clips of the men being beaten and whipped by nearly naked women.
The lawsuit says the violence breaks state hate crime laws which are in place to protect the homeless, explaining that the producers are using the homeless people’s desperation for money in order to cash out. Neil Chonin, the lawyer for the homeless victims, is appalled by the situation.
He said: “What type of society would allow this to happen? This company preyed on people who are desperate.”
Though the prosecuting party wants the disgusting footage taken down right away to prevent creeps from whacking off to their broken clients, the judge ordered the website’s manager, Jeffrey S. Williams, not touch or take down the site in order to preserve the evidence for the time being.
Williams has declared he will fight the accusations in court.
He said: “I will just say that there is no truth to the allegations, the testimony is perjured and paid for by the organizer of the suit, and the attempt right now is to harass us in the media in an attempt to shake us down before this goes to trial.
"We won't be intimidated, and these allegations against us will be disproved."
