IS PHILLY FLOATER KIDNAPPED ATLANTIC CITY MOM?

PHILADELPHIA and Atlantic City cops fear a body found floating in the Schuylkill River could be that of a young mom snatched at gunpoint in the gambling mecca. Police say she was found with duct tape wrapped around her head and a handcuff hanging from her left ankle.
Atlantic City police were checking whether the body could be that of Nadirah Ruffin, a 19-year-old AC resident abducted during a home invasion at her cousin's house March 26. According to the Philadelphia Daily News, three masked men and one masked woman kicked in the door and forced Ruffin into a vehicle. The other women in the house were left alone. The mother of a 4-year-old boy, was described as 5 feet 4 and 120 pounds with tattoos, one of which, on her neck, read "so sweet," according to detectives. No one has been arrested and there has been no sign of Ruffin. A reward of up to $20,000 has been offered for information leading to her return.
