HOMELESS MAN ROBS BANK, HANDS OUT CASH ON BUS

TERRIBLE GETAWAY
A HOMELESS man robbed a bank, hopped onto a bus and handed out the cash to passengers, cops say.
Real life Robin Hood,  Elmer McGuirt walked into the Tampa bank and passed a threatening note to the teller demanding money, who promptly gave him some money.
What he hadn't thought about was how he'd get away, so with the loot in his pocket he ran outside and hopped onto a bus.
But rather then keep his ill gotten gains he handed out the cash to bus passengers, although he did keep some of the cash for himself.
But the sheriff's office contacted the bus driver, who stopped the bus and pretended to have mechanical failure and deputies picked up the
27-year-old and were also able to get some of the money back from passengers. McQuirt now faces robbery charges and is being held in the Hillsborough County Jail.
