DEATH PENALTY IN MURDER OF BREEANN RODGRIGUEZ, 3?

MISSOURI PROSECUTORS have filed an extra charge and may now seek the death penalty against Shawn Morgan who they believe viciously murdered Breeann Rodriguez, 3. Morgan, 43, has been charged with: first-degree murder, armed criminal action, tampering with evidence and now child kidnapping, a Class "A" felony,
Breeann was last seen on August 6, riding her pink bicycle with her brother outside their home in Senath, Missouri. Her lifeless body was found a week later 8 to 10 miles from her home. Prosecutors have filed a
notice of statutory aggravating circumstances: meaning Morgan could be taking Iron Gurney Express to oblivion. He has not entered a plea. He allegedly told cops he spotted Breeann standing on a ladder by the pool in his backyard and grabbed the girl and then carried her inside his house. Inside, he "suffocated the girl with a white plastic trash bag, by holding it over her face and mouth. Morgan states that he felt like it took an hour for the girl to die." Morgan has three children of his own and the motive is not clear why he may have murdered Breeann.
