JUST KIDDING! But this fella DOES bear a remarkable resemblance to Munsters star Butch Patrick. Note the hair. Unfortunately, last week our Pretty Perps were overshadowed by the sizzling Lee Grace Dougherty--soon to be bound for prison for a long, long time.
