JAYCEE DUGARD SUES FOR 'OUTRAGEOUS MISTAKES'

DUGARD NOW
"OUTRAGEOUS"
JAYCEE Dugard is suing the U.S government for failing tabs on the monstrous pedophile who kidnapped and raped her, while holding her prisoner in his filthy home for 18-years.
She claims the failures by the federal parole officers who were supposed to be monitoring creepy Phillip Garrido are as "outrageous and inexcusable as they are numerous."
The complaint filed in U.S. District Court in San Francisco alleges that had they properly done their jobs, Dugard and her daughters would not have had to endure years of captivity in a ramshackle compound tucked inside Garrido's backyard.
In her book 'A Stolen Memoir' she described her terrifying ordeal at the hands of drug crazed pervert Phillip Garrido and his wife Nancy.
Kidnapped aged just 11, she was subjected to appalling sexual abuse from the moment the twisted couple snatched her of the street near her Lake Tahoe, CA, home.
Forcing her into the shower with him, he raped her, before handing her a towel as she broke down.
When she asked for her clothes back, a sneering Garrido laughed and led her into the maze of tents he'd made to keep her in, telling her his dog would attack if she tried to escape.
For the next three years he would rape her at least a week, in terrifying sessions when he was high on methamphetamines.

Now She is seeking unspecified damages from the federal complaint that she says she will donate to her nonprofit organization, the JAYC Foundation, Inc., that she set up to help other victims.
She and her daughters already have received a $20million settlement from the state of California for the failings of its law enforcement.
