NATALEE Holloway's father wants her to be legally declared dead, six years after she disappeared on a Caribbean vacation in Aruba.Dave Holloway said in a sworn statement that it was his "painful" belief that his daughter is dead adding that in the years he's spent searching for his daughter no evidence suggested that she was either alive or had run away from home.
