MEET Ashly Clark, today's winner of Worst Mom in America. The 22-year-old Nebraska nutcase has been accused of keeping her two little boys in a dog kennel--so they would not flee the feces infested trailer they called home. Clark told cops she devised the twisted treatment after the boys tried to hop out of the windows of her trailer. The kennel measured 42 inches by 30 inches. Clark fastened its gate closed with a wire tie. Its inside contained a small, decrepit mattress. Police Lt. Rich Hoaglund said: "Once they gained entry into the residence, they found the house was extremely dirty. There were a lot of animal feces and urine about the house, along with dirty clothes, food and trash, et cetera."
