VAN DER SLOOT WEASELS OUT OF LIFE IN PRISON

CREEPY Dutch treat Joran Van der Sloot will not face an enhanced hammering when he goes to trial for murder and robbery in Peru. A panel of Peruvian judges ruled yesterday against augmenting the charges against the poor little rich boy. He faces a maximum of 30 years in a South American prison if he is convicted of murdering and robbing Stephany Flories, 21, in his Lima hotel room last year. Stephany's family had pleaded with the judges for a harder charge that would give him life in prison.
The depraved Dutchman first came to the fore when pretty Natalee
Holloway disappeared on a class trip to Aruba. Van der Sloot was widely suspected in the 17-year-old Alabama girl's disappearance but skated because his father was a judge on the Caribbean island.  A BREAK FOR CREEPY JORAN
