CREEPY Dutch treat Joran Van der Sloot will not face an enhanced hammering when he goes to trial for murder and robbery in Peru. A panel of Peruvian judges ruled yesterday against augmenting the charges against the poor little rich boy. He faces a maximum of 30 years in a South American prison if he is convicted of murdering and robbing Stephany Flories, 21, in his Lima hotel room last year. Stephany's family had pleaded with the judges for a harder charge that would give him life in prison.

Holloway disappeared on a class trip to Aruba. Van der Sloot was widely suspected in the 17-year-old Alabama girl's disappearance but skated because his father was a judge on the Caribbean island.
