WELL, they say she's going to jail but we'll be stunned if former actress Lindsay Lohan spends even a day in jail. Judge Stephanie Sautner sentenced the 57-year-old former Mean Girl star to 30 days in jail for the latest in a slew of parole violations. Plus, she held an additional 270-day term over the aspiring porn star's head. But Lohan — who’s struggled with booze, drugs and a now non-existent career — is likely to do very little jail time because of overcrowding.
A spokesman for the LA County Sheriff's said: “She could be booked in and out on the same day." Great.
Lohan wore a polka dot dress and seemed remorseful. The Hollywood headcase admitted skipping community service work and psychiatric appointments so she could jet to New York, Milan and Paris. She turns herself in November 9.
