DAY OF DESTINY FOR JACKSON DOC, CONRAD MURRAY

KILLER
IT'S ALL over bar the shouting.
Having decided not to testify Michael Jackson's doctor will face his destiny today as the jury is expected to begin deciding today.
After 49 witnesses, countless claims and counter claims and hundreds of pieces of evidence Dr Conrad Murray will likely face his destiny today.
Once closing arguments are wrapped up the jury will be sent out to decide whether he is responsible for the death of the pop superstar.
He faces at least seven years in jail if he's convicted of involuntary manslaughter and the jury decides he did administer the fatal dose of propofol - the super strong anaesthetic which was judged to have killed the star.
His lawyers meanwhile maintain that Jackson took the drug himself.
The seven-man, five-woman panel will now decide his fate.
