SON'S POT PICS CATCH OUT HEIDI & MARK SIEBENALER

BUSTED
NO ONE likes a grass - especially when it's your own 11-year-old son.
But Heidi and Mark Siebenaler's youngster, Luke, was so annoyed wit the marijuana smoke filling their home that he took pics of the pot and sent them to the police.
Agents then served a search warrant on their home in Hastings MN, home and found two Wal-mart shopping bags in the master bedroom.
Worse still, Heidi is a Dakota county probation supervisor.
Washington County Attorney Pete Orput told the Star Tribune: "These allegations raise moral concerns and legal concerns. It's disappointing when someone in law enforcement gets caught breaking the law. In this case it is particularly disappointing."
A criminal complaint says Luke told investigators he had complained numerous times to his mother about the marijuana smell.
He finally took the matter to his biological father who told him to take pictures of the marijuana. The father then forwarded the photos to authorities.
Heidi Siebenaler denied all knowledge saying she didn't even know it was in the house.
She told KSMP:  "They said my son couldn't escape the smell of marijuana and had to go outside for a breather. That's not true. I live in this house. Never smelled it before. It makes me sick."
But her argument was somewhat undermined by her husband Mark who bragged to the station: "I smoke marijuana and I'm not ashamed to say it."
He told the station that he smokes it to treat a traumatic brain injury he suffered in his early 20s, but also said he keeps it away from their children.
But police said the amount of marijuana that was found is more typical for those who intend to distribute it.
Heidi, 40, is on paid administrative leave and charged with fifth-degree possession of marijuana and her husband is also facing charges.
