BUGATTI-BE JOKING? DID ANDY HOUSE COMMIT FRAUD?

REMEMBER this douchebag who drove the million dollar Bugatti Veyron supercar into a Texas swamp?
Well now a jury will have to decide whether Andy House was trying to scam an insurance company in an audacious bid to double his money.
Philadelphia Indemnity is alleging that House borrowed $1 million from his pal Lloyd Gillespie to buy the fastest road legal car in the World.
Then he insured it for $2million, claiming it was a collectors vehicle, as there were only 300 ever made.
Then they're claiming that he drove the gorgeous French made vehicle which has a top speed of 268mph on purpose so they could double their money.
House claims he swerved off the road to avoid hitting a pelican, but the insurance company says there's no pelican in the video.
Plus, it says it went to the scene and found no skid marks, and it further alleges that House "left the vehicle running for over fifteen minutes while it was submerged until it died on its own causing unnecessary damage to the vehicle's engine."
House, of course, denies the charges but  Judge John R. Froeschner said they needed a trial to try and determine what happened.
He wrote: "In the humble opinion of this court, this case involves quizzical factual circumstances that compel credibility determinations which this court may not make at the summary judgment stage."
No date was set for the trial.
