Cops were so stunned by her idiocy that they actually made sure, it hadn't been posted by an undercover officer.     
Roswell Police Sgt. Ty Sharpe told KOB: "I was really surprised that someone would actually put on there they were looking for weed — an actually illegal product — to the fact that I called my boss to make sure it wasn't one of our guys trying to do a reverse sting."

He was convicted in a suburban Detroit court yesterday of first-degree murder in the July 13, 1990 death of his wife Barbara who was found shot to death. ROBYN GARDNER: SLAY SUSPECT GIORDANO WANTS OUT

UPDATE: THE LAWYER for swinging murder suspect Gary V. 'Creepy Gary' Giordano has filed for his release from an Aruban jail. Giordano is suspect Number 1 in the mysterious disappearance of sex pal Robyn Gardner on Aug. 2. Oh, and he also took out a $1.5 million insurance policy on her before she vanished. Aruban attorney Michael Lopez said he asked a court to immediately release Giordano until if and when there is a trial.  Giordano denies wrongdoing and said Gardner was swept out to sea while snorkeling. A judge last month rejected a previous appeal of his detention order. Prosecutors plan to seek to extend the order when it expires later this month.

JURY TO DECIDE FATE OF PETIT MASSACRE SUSPECT

A CONNECTICUT jury will begin deliberating today on the fate Joshua Komisarjevsky who is accused of taking part in the sickening slaughter of a prominent family during a brutal home invasion. The ex-con could join his co-accused Steven Hayes in a date with the death penalty. The prosecution says Komisarjevsky took part in the 2007 attack where Petit family members were tied up and left to die in a house fire. THE alleged arms dealer dubbed the 'Merchant of Death' was described as 'maniacal' on the opening day of his trial yesterday. 
Viktor Bout stands accused of providing a massive arsenal of weapons to “kill Americans,” as part of his alleged global network of illegal arms trafficking.
Prosecutors are also claiming that he made $50 million alone from supplying weapons to the Taliban after decades of providing weapons to countries like Lybia and the Congo.   
Kathi Lynn Austin, director of the Conflict Awareness Project, who has followed Bout for 15 years called the Russian born Bout, who describes himself as a businessman, as "maniacal" as the trial started.   

COPS: DID AUSTIN POWERS JOE SON MURDER CELLMATE?

AUSTIN Powers star Joe Son is in yet more trouble as he is now the prime suspect in the murder of his prison cellmate. 
As we reported here who played shoe throwing bad guy "Random Task" the trilogy Austin Powers, International Man Of Mystery, was jailed for life for the vicious kidnap and rape of woman. 
But now prison officials are saying the one time star is believed to have killed his 50-year-old cellmate, who was serving a 2-year-sentence for failing to register as a sex offender.  The victim's body was discovered yesterday by guards at Wasco State Prison in central California, according to TMZ.
