JAYCEE DUGARD SEX CREEP OK TO STAND TRIAL

Competent
Duggard
CREEPY Phillip Garrido who stands accused of kidnapping Jaycee Duggard and turning her into his own personal sex slave, has been ruled competent to stand trial.
Along with his wife Nancy he is charged with numerous crimes including forcible rape, lewd acts on a child, false imprisonment amongst the 18 counts.
The indictment also alleges that Garrido, who fathered two children with his young victim, videotaped sex acts involving himself and his wife with Duggard.
Both were also charged with possession of child pornography.
Lawyers had argued that Garrido, accused of capturing
her at 11 and holding her for nearly two decades, was not mentally right for trial.

But after taking into account numerous psychiatric reports El Dorado County Superior Court Judge Douglas Phimister decided he was fit to stand trial.
Nancy Garrido pleaded not guilty to the charges, but the court had said it will wait for  the mental competency evaluation for Philip before accepting his plea.
The news came as a relief to Duggard, who continues to recover well after being held for more than 20-years.
She is already writing a memoir to help with her recovery.
Garrido had been convicted rape and kidnapping in 1977 and made to register as a sex offender.
But although he was visited regularly by parole officers, he was allegedly able to keep Dugard and the two children he fathered with her a secret for nearly 20 years.
