That's when suspected sex killer Robert Bowman will be retried for the 1967 torture murder of Eileen, 14 at the time of the slaying. The creepy 75-year-old's first trial ended in a hung jury, although one juror said it was 10-2 to convict. There is a gag order on the defense and prosecution.
