IS DAVID ISON MANIAC BEHIND INDIANA MASSACRE?

IS THIS the maniac behind the Indiana massacre that left five dead? Cops are calling David E. Ison, 46, pictured left, of Glenwood, Indiana a person of interest in the weekend slaughter. He is currently being held on an attempted robbery charge. He has not been charged in the murders that police suspect are likely drug related. A warrant was issued Tuesday in the
May 9 attempted armed robbery and Ison left  DNA at the pharmacy before he escaped. A positive match was made to Ison, officials said. Ison was put under surveillance Tuesday and picked up during a traffic stop. During the bust there was evidence that may link him to the slayings. There may also be additional arrests.

The police said: "Along with the information gained from their search warrant, along with the information gained from the arrest ... we feel fairly confident that we have a very good person of interest in the murders." The victims are: Roy D. Napier, 50; Angela Napier, 47; Melissa Napier, 23; Jacob Napier, 18; and Henry Smith, 43. All five were residents of Laurel, Indiana. They were all shot in the head.
