BAREFOOT Bandit Colton Harris-Moore has sold the movie right to his story for a reported $1.3 million.
The troublesome 20-year-old who has no formal flight training, pilfered at least five planes and dozens of car and boats as he evaded capture for a string of burglaries over the last two or three years.
He is suspected to have committed at least 80 break-ins on cottages and houses in Vancouver WA area, often without wearing any shoes.
But each time authorities got near he'd steal a boat or a plane to escape.  
It's thought that he is incredibly bright Harris-Moore taught himself to fly from manuals, although his landings were often little more than crashes.

The troublesome 19-year-old who has no formal flight training, pilfered at least five planes and dozens of car and boats as he evaded capture for a string of burglaries over the last two or three years.
Eventually, he flew a light plane from his home in Vancouver Island to the Caribbean, landing in the Bahamas, where a $10,000 FBI reward and a huge law enforcement team caught up with him.
His already lengthy list of more than 70 crimes across nine states.

BAREFOOT bandit Colton Harris Moore faces yet more charges against him connected with the theft of another plane and the robbery of an airport hangar. As his lawyer try to thrash out a plea deal for the 16-year-old who led authorities on a huge cross country chase he stands accused of more crimes in addition to his already lengthy list of more than 70 crimes across nine states.
The self-taught pilot, is accused of leading authorities on several chases in stolen boats, cars and small planes after allegedly fleeing from a halfway house south of Seattle in 2008.
