JACKO PROMOTER KNEW DOCS WERE 'SHOOTING HIM UP'

"SHOOTING HIM UP"
MICHAEL Jackson's concert promoter knew his doctors were "shooting him up with something" lawyers for his family claimed yesterday and they have the e-mail to prove it.
Handing the bombshell memo to AEG Live supremo, Randy Phillips, who was handling the King of Pop's final shows, they made him read his own words about the concerns he had for the star.
Written just two days before the star's death, he mentioned concerns about the powerful medication being administered by Jacko's long time pal, Dr Arnie Klein.
"He scares us to death," he wrote, less than 48 hours before Jacko died from a lethal anesthesia overdose, administered by another doctor, Conrad Murray.

MICHAEL JACKSON 'LOOKED STRONG' PROMOTER CLAIMS

"ENERGETIC"
MICHAEL Jackson looked "strong, engaged and energetic" his concert promoter told the court after the second day of America's biggest trial began today.
Paul Gongaware, said in his role as executive for AEG Live, which was promoting his doomed 50-date This Is It concerts planned for London's O2 Arena, worked in closely with the King of Pop.
He said he watched the pop superstar perform in his final two rehearsals and he had seemed engaged and energetic, before his death, which prosecutor's claim happened because Dr Conrad Murray pumped him full of the super strong anesthetic, propofol.
Murray, who has pleaded not guilty to involuntary manslaughter in connection with Jackson's death. He faces up to four years in prison and loss of his medical license if convicted.

FINALLY!!! MICHAEL JACKSON DOCTOR TRIAL BEGINS

AT LAST
FINALLY!
It's only taken two years, but at long last the thriller trial of the man accused of killing Michael Jackson has begun.
Dr Conrad Murray, who worked as the superstar's personal physician allegedly administered a fatal dose of the powerful anesthetic propofol, which ultimately killed him.
But although it's only day one, his lawyers are already arguing about the jury, which will not be sequestered during the hotly anticipated trial.
They claimed they are worried media coverage could leak into the jury pool and are asking for the trial to be put on hold.
Already more than 100 of the potential 182 potential jurors have been screened out of the trial, after filling out a 30-page questionnaire to determine their knowledge of the case.

LAWYERS SEEK TO DELAY MICHAEL JACKSON DEATH TRIAL

KILLED?
KILLER?
MICHAEL Jackson's death trial will be delayed again if lawyers for Dr Conrad Murray get their way.
The personal physician to the troubled star is accused of helping to administer the fatal overdose of the surgical anesthetic propofol and other drugs, which an autopsy ruled, killed the star.
But despite it being almost two-years, since the This Is It star passed away, lawyers for Murray filed an emergency petition asking for the trial to be delayed on Friday.
The attorneys are requesting that the trial be delayed until the issue of jury sequestration is decided by an appeals court.
