KANSAS CITY cops say they have discovered new clues in the disappearance of baby Lisa Irwin. They have found a backpack containing used diapers and baby wipes in vacant home near where her family lives. Diapers were also found in a wooded area across the street from the house. A 10-MONTH-OLD baby has been snatched from her crib in her parents home as they lay sleeping and desperately worried cops have issued an Amber Alert. 
Little Lisa Irwin appears to have been snuck out of the window of her Kansas City, MO home sometime on Monday night.
Her distraught father called the cops around 4am.

FIVE-YEAR-OLD KILLER COULD FACE MURDER CHARGES

A FIVE-YEAR-OLD  girl could face murder charges after telling cops she drowned a toddler in the bathtub "because he would not stop crying." 
Jermane Johnson was just 18-months old when he was killed in his Kansas City, MO home, by the youngster who was annoyed by his tears.
The 16-year-old girl who was supposed to be looking after them had fallen asleep.
Police spokesman Darin Snapp said: "I've been in law enforcement for 20 years, and it's the youngest suspect I can remember. It's extremely rare."
"She said she got angry because he would not stop crying and she held him under the water until he stopped crying."
