ARE there any more desperate, fame hungry douchebags in the United States?
After claiming earlier this week that his wife had been kidnapped White House party-crasher Tareq Salahi has now announced that he is going to divorce his wife Michaele.
Turns out she had just run off Neal Schon, the guitarist from rock band Journey - no doubt hoping that he will propel her from celeb Z-list to maybe Y.
In court papers, Tareq Salahi accused his wife of flaunting her affair to the world adding there was no hope or possibility of reconciliation.

UPDATE: OK, first chronic attention seeker Tareq Salahi said his bimbo wife Michaele had been kidnapped after going to the hairdresser. Not so, say our friends at TMZ. Seems Michaele has been playing hide the sausage with Journey guitarist Neil Schon. Apparently, the pair have been engaging in sexcapades for months. Tareq thinks she's being held against her will.
