IT HAS BEEN a lost wait for justice but finally the man cops believe murdered a 14-year-old schoolgirl in 1967 is on trial for her brutal slaying. Robert Bowman, 75, is accused in the Christmas sex slayingf of Eileen Adams, 14, of Toledo. His ex-wife has testified she saw the girl naked and chained to a wall "like Christ" in their old home. Now, DNA found on her underwear is putting the old monster in the frame.
