BOY ASKS: 'WHO WOULD DO THAT TO CELINA CASS?'

THE HEARTACHE in New Hampshire continues as an autopsy to discover how Celina Cass died has so far been inconclusive. However, cops seem to have no doubt the soft-spoken 11-year-old was murdered. Her body was found in the Connecticut River Monday and now residents of her small town near the Canadian border are asking:why?
 Carole Rodrigue told the Boston Herald: “Whoever did this might be living here. I just hope they get the person and he pays for what he did, because she was just an innocent little girl.”

Assistant Attorney General Jane Young said the girl’s death was suspicious because of the condition of the body, but she declined to be specific. She said last night further study was needed on the autopsy.

McDANIEL CHARGED IN LAUREN GIDDINGS MURDER

THE NEIGHBOR of pretty law graduate Lauren Giddings has been charged in her grisly dismemberment murder. Classmate Stephen Mark McDaniel (the creepy neighbor from central casting) was charged last night with first-degree murder--he had been held on unrelated burglary charges.
Giddings sister Kaitlyn Wheeler told the Macon Telegraph: “It’s not a good feeling, but it feels like a step in the right direction toward closure. … It’s exciting in a way that you feel sick, not happy. We know this is going to be a long, hard process. It’s one more step toward him facing judgment. … It doesn’t mean he’s been convicted.”

'PREDATOR' RAPIST TERRORIZES ANN ARBOR

A 'PREDATOR' is stalking and raping women near the University of Michigan campus, cops say and now the FBI has joined the hunt. 

The small community of Ann Arbor has been rocked by the five sex assaults, including two rapes on women between the ages of 18 and 26, all of which have taken place late at night or early in the morning. 

Police Chief Barnett Jones told The Detroit Free Press: "We have a predator, or predators, operating in our community."

He also confirmed that the FBI had also offered assistance in catching the beast, who has terrorized the close knit college community, by groping, robbing and sexually assaulting  the women, the last attack happening on Tuesday. 

DEATH FOR 'GRIM SLEEPER' SUSPECT LONNIE FRANKLIN JR

GRIM SLEEPER?

THE 'GRIM SLEEPER' serial killer suspect will face the death penalty if he is convicted of the murders, prosecutor's have revealed.
Lonnie Franklin Jr has pleaded not guilty to killing 10 women, all of whom were found in alleyways within a few miles of his home in downtown LA.
All the victims, some of whom were prostitutes, were shot, strangled or both, usually after some sort of sexual contact.
The killer was dubbed 'the grim sleeper' because of the long gaps between the deaths, which began in the 1980s and ended in this century.
Franklin, a mechanic, was arrested in July 2010 and indicted and now cops are investigating him in connection with other murders.
Prosecutors were granted the right to take a voice sample from Franklin and outside court they said they want to compare it to the voice heard on two 911 calls.

HIV+ AIDS KILLER JOHNSON AZIGA JAILED FOREVER

A SEX-CRAZED Canadian man may be jailed forever for intentionally infecting seven women with the deadly HIV virus. Johnson Aziga, 55, who is HIV positive has been ruled a dangerous offender in a Canadian court Tuesday. The Ugandan immigrant was convicted in 2009 of two counts of first-degree murder and 10 counts of sex assault. He told none of his partners he had the disease.

The New Hampshire girl's body was found Monday morning at a damn in the Connecticut River after a week-long search around her hometown of West Stewartstown--about a mile from the Canadian border. Cops believe she was murdered and a full manhunt in now underway for her killer. Last night a candlelight vigil was held for the quiet, popular girl as the crowd sang "Amazing Grace." Her best friend collapsed in tears.

SAMANTHA RONSON NABBED FOR DRUNK DRIVING

LINDSAY LOHAN'S lesbian ex Samantha Ronson was busted Monday for drunk driving during a midday booze-a-ramma. The untalented rich girl with connections DJ, 33, was driving her black Porsche (we weep for her) when she was pulled over in Baker, California, according to TMZ. The aggressively unattractive heiress flopped her field sobriety test and was arrested. She refused a breathalyzer in the field but agreed to one at a nearby cop shop. She blew over the 0.8 limit. THELMA CARTER KILLED BEAU WITH STILETTO HEEL

THELMA CARTER looked her best--or as best as she could be--but her hot date went off the rails and after a bitter dispute, she murdered him--with her stiletto heel. Now, the sultry 46-year-old of Augusta, Georgia is being charged with the slaying of Robert F. Higdon, 58, her boyfriend. The two were fighting inside their palace at the Augusta Mobile Home Estates. The dead man's body was discovered Monday.

MISSING MOM AMBER ELKINS' BODY ID'D

THE SEARCH for missing mom Amber Elkins reached a tragic conclusion yesterday, when forensics teams identified her body yesterday.
The 20-year-old vanished on July 24 and cops have charged her boyfriend James David “JD” Clarke, with her murder after a huge amount of blood was found on her abandoned green pickup truck.
According to investigators, he did not help them find the body, of the woman he'd been dating for just over a month.
Instead members of the Texas Equusearch Church her corpse which had been dumped in a wooded area near her home in Humble.
 On Monday, the medical examiner positively identified the body as Amber Chantel Elkins and ruled the cause of death to be homicide.
