IN WEST STEWARTSTOWN, New Hampshire the chill in the air is literal and figurative. It's been almost two months since 11-year-old Celina Cass's body was pulled from the Connecticut River and cops don't seem any closer to nabbing her killer. CELINA CASS: STEPFATHER'S TRUCK TAKEN AWAY

A PICKUP truck belonging to the troubled stepfather of Celina Cass, has been hauled away by cops investigating her mysterious death. 
The tragic 11-year-old's body was found dead on Monday, almost a week after her mysterious disappearance, but detectives are still trying to work out how she died. 
As part of their investigation they have taken the truck, which neighbors said was used by her stepfather Wendell Noyes, who was reportedly taken to hospital hours before the youngster's body was found. 
In the past he has received treatment for mental illness and was reportedly involuntarily committed to a mental institution and diagnosed with schizophrenia in 2003.
Officers remained tight lipped on why they were taking the truck, but it's thought they maybe searching for DNA or other clues in the vehicle.

BOY ASKS: 'WHO WOULD DO THAT TO CELINA CASS?'

THE HEARTACHE in New Hampshire continues as an autopsy to discover how Celina Cass died has so far been inconclusive. However, cops seem to have no doubt the soft-spoken 11-year-old was murdered. Her body was found in the Connecticut River Monday and now residents of her small town near the Canadian border are asking:why?
 Carole Rodrigue told the Boston Herald: “Whoever did this might be living here. I just hope they get the person and he pays for what he did, because she was just an innocent little girl.”

UPDATE: The body found near a hydro dam on the Connecticut River in New Hampshire has been identified as that of missing 11-year-old Celina Cass. The body was found this morning half a mile from where the girl lived. Cops now say they believe the soft-spoken child was murdered. Sources told the Union-Leader there was screaming and crying at her home when cops arrived to bring the grim news.  Celina disappeared July 25 and had last been seen on her computer. MISSING 11-year-old Celina Cass's stepfather has a violent past, filled with allegations of criminal behavior and mental illness records reveal. Wendell Noyes, 47, was busted for threatening an ex-girlfriend back in 2003, after breaking into her home while she and her two children slept, picking up her mattress and slamming it down.
As a result of the 2003 attack, court records show that the 47-year-old was involuntarily committed after being diagnosed with schizophrenia.
At the time, Judge Richard Hampe ruled Noyes was incompetent to stand trial, writing that the man's mental illness created "a potentially serious likelihood of danger to himself and others."

CELINA CASS would never have gone with a stranger, friends said. The missing 11-year-old New Hampshire girl was just too painfully shy. Cass--who lives near the Canadian border--was last seen in her bedroom Monday night. Kayla Baglio said: “She was very shy. If she didn’t know you she would look to her older sister to make sure you were okay."
So anyone in her small village of 900 who knows her--and that's pretty much everyone--doubts she willing went with the person who likely abducted her. And they don't think she ran away either.
