POTATO SALAD RAGE: KAREN HENRY THREATENS DAD

SHE loves her potato salad, so much that she's prepared to kill for it - or at least threaten for it.
Karen Henry, 45, was so annoyed when her dad denied her a bite of his delicious dinner she grabbed a kitchen knife and started waving it at him.
But the 80-year-old octogenarian wasn't for having it and picking up a chair, he defended himself like a lion tamer, from his daughter, who seemed intent on hurting him.
Then he called the cops, who quickly arrived at the the Palm Coast, FL home, to find the stand off was still going on and they quickly arrested the crazy, knife wielding lunatic.
According to CBS Tampa after her arrest, Henry complained of abdominal pain, and was brought to Florida Hospital Flagler.
Deputies overheard her on the phone asking her father to drop charges, which led authorities to add another charge of tampering with a victim.
A police source said: "We were laughing about it afterwards, but at the time it was potentially a very dangerous situation. It's amazing that all she wanted was some potato salad.  
 She is currently being held without bail at the Flagler County Inmate Facility on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon for the Oct. 22 incident.
