A PSYCHIC had been accused of theft by hex, after she allegedly scared a 12-year-old girl into stealing her family's jewelry.
Cops say Jackeline Lopez told the young girl that her family was cursed and that terrible things would happen unless that was removed.
The LA Sheriff's Department said in a statement: “Lopez allegedly conducted these psychic readings in her home’s garage which she had decorated with numerous candles, chalk outlines, black caldrons, replicated human skulls, beads, dolls, and other similar items consistent with psychic readings.”
Then she told the 12-year-old girl, who she met through her daughter that the only way to remove the curse was to steal more more than $10,000 worth of jewelry from her parents.

A MINI Miss Marple or miss Maple, has solved a burglary case on her own after finding clues officers missed. 
The 12-year-old amateur sleuth was furious about a break in at her late great-grandmother's house in Atlanta, so she used the investigative skills she'd learned on a Junior District Attorney camp this summer. 
Cops had told Jessica Maple's family, that there were no signs of forced entry at the Atlanta, GA home, but after encouraging her mom to let her have a look, the child detective embarrassed the real cops.

FREAKY PEDOPHILE polygamist leader Warren Jeffs, who had 24 underage child brides has been found guilty of sexually abusing young girls.
The 55-year-old leader of the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints had 78 wives, 24 of whom were underage and performed a further 67 "spiritual marriages" involving young girls, prosecutors said.
He was found guilty of sexually abusing two girls aged just 12 and 15, by the jury who took just three hours to convict him.
Many of them had been reduced to tears during the trial when they were played a sickening "sex tape" on which Jeffs could be heard panting and breathing heavily.

THE 12-YEAR-OLD boy charged as an adult with brutally beating his brother to death has appeared in court for the first time. 
Cristian Fernandez was home alone when toddler David Galarrigo was hurt and he initially told his mom Biannela Susanna that his brother had fallen out of a bunk bed.
But cops later established during interviews that he "acted with premeditation" smashing his helpless brother so badly that he fractured his skull causing a bleeding brain and bruising to his left eye.
His mom has also been charged in relation to the crime because although her tot was unconscious on her return, instead of calling an ambulance, she just cleaned him up, changed his clothes and put ice on his head.
Then according to WETV she just got on the computer to research concussions.

A BABY faced 12-year-old killer, who brutally beat his two-year-old brother to death is to be tried as an adult, prosecutors have revealed.
Cristian Fernandez "acted with premeditation" when he smashed his helpless brother David Galarrigo so badly that he fractured his skull causing a bleeding brain and bruising to his left eye.
He died two days after the vicious attack at his family home in Jacksonville, FL.
Assistant State Attorney Mark Caliel told said the boy acted with premeditation when he beat the toddler on March 14.
He said: "The brutal beating death of a 2-year-old is one of the factors that we must consider."

AN evil 12-year-old boy who threw this kitten against a wall, hit it with a stick and pulled out a knife and threatened to cut it has been charged with animal cruelty.  
Thankfully the seven-week-old animal survived his onslaught and another child smacked the knife out of his hand before he could complete his horrific attack.
Thinking it was dead they picked it up and put it in a box, but when the unresponsive cat was picked up by an animal control officer it opened its eyes and meowed.
The kitten was taken to the vet and was treated for a broken leg
