FBI: Body resembles alleged 1976 family killer

The body of a John Doe who bears a "strong resemblance" to a former state department employee accused of the gruesome 1976 sledgehammer murders of his wife, mother and three sons, is being exhumed by the FBI.
Investigators believe the unidentified man who was killed by a hit and run driver in 1981 may well be William Bradford "Brad" Bishop Jr., a mainstay on the FBI's 10 Most Wanted Fugitive's list for years.

NORMA ESPARZA 'GUILTY' IN '95 MEAT CLEAVER MURDER

A psychology professor has pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of voluntary manslaughter in the cold case murder of her alleged rapist who was found hacked to death with a meat cleaver 20-years ago.
Norma Esparza told a California courtroom that she never meant for Gonzalo Ramirez to be killed in the Spring of 1995, but that her ex-boyfriend Gianni Anthony Van had forced her to point him out after she told him about the rape.
The following morning Orange County cops found the 24-year-old's body at the side of the road, beaten and hacked to death with a meat cleaver.

BROTHER KILLER CRISTIAN FERNANDEZ, 12, IN COURT

THE 12-YEAR-OLD boy charged as an adult with brutally beating his brother to death has appeared in court for the first time. 
Cristian Fernandez was home alone when toddler David Galarrigo was hurt and he initially told his mom Biannela Susanna that his brother had fallen out of a bunk bed.
But cops later established during interviews that he "acted with premeditation" smashing his helpless brother so badly that he fractured his skull causing a bleeding brain and bruising to his left eye.
His mom has also been charged in relation to the crime because although her tot was unconscious on her return, instead of calling an ambulance, she just cleaned him up, changed his clothes and put ice on his head.
Then according to WETV she just got on the computer to research concussions.

CASH CAB KILLER: MAN MOWED DOWN BY TV CAR

THE CASH Cab turned killer in Vancouver on Friday, when the fake taxi used in the Canadian version of the show struck and killed a pedestrian. Cops say the 61-year-old man was hit in the city's Downtown after the show had finished filming for day and was being driven back to a storage facility of Castlewood Productions, which produces the show.  
Company president Andrew Burnstein said: "Our thoughts and prayers are with the victim and his friends and his family. My heart also goes out to the driver of the vehicle, a member of our technical staff, who is shaken and devastated by this tragic accident, as is our entire team."

A PHARMACIST who blasted a teen armed robber has been sentenced to life for shooting a teenager who tried to rob him.  Jerome Ersland, 59, called the sentence "an injustice of monumental proportion" after he was convicted in the death of 16-year-old Antwun Parker and his lawyer vowed to appeal. 
Along with pal, Jevontia Ingram, who was 14 at the time of the robbery an armed Parker walked into the Oklahoma City's Reliable pharmacy and attempted to hold it.  They didn't bank on Ersland, pulling a gun and shooting, blasting

KILLER, 11, PAYS RESPECTS TO BROTHER ANDREW FRYE

THE 11-year-old boy accused of killing his younger stepbrother Andrew Frye was allowed to pay his respects at a private session before the funeral service for friends and family.
Allowed 15, minutes, he saw his 6-year-old sibling, before being whisked back to the juvenile detention centre.
Cops found the Skye on a bed in the family's Martinsville, IN home, with a gaping shotgun wound in his head, after the 11-year-old reported it in a 911 call.
He died a few hours later after being airlifted to hospital.  
Cops initially thought it was an accident but Morgan County prosecutor Steve Sonnega says the evidence led them to believe that it wasn't the case.

BAD BOY, 12, WHO KILLED BROTHER CHARGED AS ADULT

A BABY faced 12-year-old killer, who brutally beat his two-year-old brother to death is to be tried as an adult, prosecutors have revealed.
Cristian Fernandez "acted with premeditation" when he smashed his helpless brother David Galarrigo so badly that he fractured his skull causing a bleeding brain and bruising to his left eye.
He died two days after the vicious attack at his family home in Jacksonville, FL.
Assistant State Attorney Mark Caliel told said the boy acted with premeditation when he beat the toddler on March 14.
He said: "The brutal beating death of a 2-year-old is one of the factors that we must consider."
