HE DEFINITELY wasn't a jolly, happy soul and when he came to life one day, all he did was get into a brawl. 
Yes Frosty the Snowman or Kevin Michael Walsh as he's more commonly known was busted for scuffling with police and kicking a police dog during the annual Christmas parade in Chestertown, MD. 
Sgt. John A. Dolgos told the Star Democrat that the 52-year-old who has apparently played the beloved snowman for 10-years in the parade, became agitated when a dog handling officer tried to escort him away from the crowd.
One astonished onlooker said: "It was just so funny.

COPS BUST MAN IN 1993 TRICIA PACACCIO MURDER

THE man accused of fatally stabbing two women, including a pal of Ashton Kutcher, has now been charged with the 1993 murder of Tricia Pacaccio.
The gorgeous 18-year-old's body was found in a huge pool of her own blood on the doorstep of her Chicago, IL home, by her father.
She was still holding the key.
At the time cops quickly honed in on former bouncer Michael Gargiulo who denied killing the youngster, although he admitted seeing her the day before.
And although her DNA was found under his fingernails, prosecutor's couldn't prove that it had come from anything more than casual contact, so their prime suspect was released without charge.

RAPPER CASSIDY BUSTED NABBED IN PHILLY MURDER

HE'S best known for rapping about criminal exploits on vinyl, but it appears Philly rapper Cassidy is now a suspect in a real murder.
The hip hop star whose real name is Barry Reese was taken in Saturday for questioning about one killing and two attempted murders in Philadelphia. He already had a warrant out on him for violating probation and was considered a "high risk" suspect as he was thought to be armed and dangerous. Cassidy who's most well-known single is 2005’s “I’m a Hustla,” which reached No. 8 on the Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop charts was followed by cops to a local convenience store, Lt Timothy Lloyd said and after being positively identified Reese: “the ERT units moved in and
