AT LAST! Deadly Dutchman Joran Van Der Sloot will finally face justice in January for the killing of a Peruvian student almost five years to the day after US student Natalee Holloway disappeared. At long last the South American prosecutors have finally got their act together and he will appear in court on charged of murdering student Stephany Flores in his Lima hotel room.  He confessed that he flew into a furious rage with the 21-year-old after he caught her reading his laptop which contained e-mails about Natalee Holloway's mysteriously vanishing on the Carribean Island, Aruba.     

TWIN MOM LINDSEY LOWE'S FIANCE NOT THE FATHER

THE MONSTER mom accused of smothering her newborn twins to death and trying to flush them down the toilet had cheated on her fiance a court heard yesterday. 
DNA tests revealed that Lindsey Lowe's betrothed, Jonathan Brooks was not the father of the tragic babies. 
Hendersonville Police Detective Steve Malach told how she had told him of the affair that occurred in December and early January, when he originally questioned her about the killings. 
He told the court: "I asked if it was possible anybody else was the father, and she told he she had cheated on her fiancé with another guy, Jeremy Smith." 
She told the investigator that that she hadn't admitted her infidelity or told her fiance about her cheating because she hadn't wanted to "disappoint him and because she didn't want to add to the stress of a family member's illness.

NEW MOM LINDSEY LOWE SMOTHERED TWINS TO DEATH

A YOUNG mom smothered her twin sons to death in a desperate bid to hide the birth from her family, cops say.
Lindsey Lowe, 25, held her hands over her defenseless tots mouths and suffocated them to death, just moments after she gave birth to them in the toilet of her parent's Hendersonville, TN home.
Then with both children dead, police said, she took them out of the toilet, covered them with blankets and hid them in a laundry basket.
Her father discovered one of the infants Wednesday and called police, who tracked her down at work.
According to the police affadavit: "Lowe stated that the baby was crying and Lowe did not want her parents to hear and find out about the child.
