CLAY WALLER TO SISTER IN LAW: 'YOUR DEAD'

MISSING

"Your dead," Clay Waller wrote, to Cheryl Brennecke, who is looking after the his triplets, while cops try to establish Jacque's whereabouts.
"I will get you 5, 10, 25 years from now. You have it coming."
Federal investigators learned it came from a computer at a Cape Girardeau pawn shop and the manager identified Waller as the culprit, after reviewing the computer's internet history and noticing that he'd accessed the Topix site.
Waller admitted in court that he sent the threat, referring to the posting as an "email."
He told U.S. District Judge Stephen Limbaugh:"I sent the email. I did it."
To Jacque's family it just raised their suspicions that Waller was behind Jacque's disappearance which we reported here

KIENAN HEBERT RETURNED FOUR DAYS AFTER KIDNAP

RETURNED
THE MYSTERY surrounding a missing three-year-old boy deepened, when he was returned to his family four days after he was kidnapped, apparently unscathed.
Three-year-old Kienan Hebert's disappearance sparked panic in the small Sparwood, BC community, who launched a huge search for the youngster.
Cops believe he was taken by a man called Randall Hopley, 46, who remains at large.
But after the family made an emotional plea for his return to "a visible place," his kidnapper somehow managed to sneak past police roadblocks and return the boy to the family home.
They were staying with friends at the time, so their home was empty and so the abductor was able to call the cops and tell the boy was home.
Initial checks seem to reveal that Hebert was unharmed.

CELINA CASS'S FATHER HAS 'VIOLENT, MENTALLY ILL PAST'

WITHOUT TRACE
MISSING 11-year-old Celina Cass's stepfather has a violent past, filled with allegations of criminal behavior and mental illness records reveal. Wendell Noyes, 47, was busted for threatening an ex-girlfriend back in 2003, after breaking into her home while she and her two children slept, picking up her mattress and slamming it down.
As a result of the 2003 attack, court records show that the 47-year-old was involuntarily committed after being diagnosed with schizophrenia.
At the time, Judge Richard Hampe ruled Noyes was incompetent to stand trial, writing that the man's mental illness created "a potentially serious likelihood of danger to himself and others."
Pretty Celina, 11, vanished without trace Monday, after last being seen playing on her computer at around 9pm, sparking a huge manhunt, around the small town of Stewartson, NH, which has just 800 residents and is just a mile away from the Canadian border.
