The pretty blonde 35-year-old was last seen alive at a restaurant in Aruba, heavily intoxicated and with Gary Girodano--her clandestine beau and the prime suspect in her disappearance and probable murder. MISSING Robyn Gardner did not go to sea with her boyfriend, a witness has sensationally told Aruban authorities. 
Gary Giordano, 50, had told investigators on the tiny Caribbean island that he was snorkelling with his 35-year-old girlfriend, when the water got rough and he signaled to her that they should swim into shore.
When got to shore, he claims he turned round to find she was gone, never to be seen again. 
But now his claims have been sensationally refuted by a witness who told police that he saw the tourists walking on the beach, but they did not go into the sea.

Cops in Aruba say the images of the 35-year-old were found on the camera of Gary Giordano--the main suspect in her disappearance--and a man described by the island nation's solicitor general Taco Stein as "a mean bastard." While detectives would not go into detail they insisted that Gardner did not look under duress in the raunchy pictures.

IT WASN'T SEX. Cops in Aruba now believe an aging lothario took out a whopping insurance policy on his pretty blonde playmate so he could collect. Gary Giordano, 51, and widely suspected to be the culprit behind the disappearance of pretty blonde Maryland dental assistant Robyn Gardner took out a $1.5 million accidental death policy on his gal pal. Giordano opted for pricey American Express insurance instead of a cheaper policy. The insurance money and a story full of more holes than a slice of Swiss cheese have kept him behind bars.

EVIDENCE FOUND IN ROBYN GARDNER DISAPPEARANCE?

THE BIZARRE disappearance of Robyn Gardner on Aruba has led cops on the island to an abandoned phosphate mine. The pretty blonde from Maryland vanished Aug. 2 on a clandestine trip to the island with an older suitor, Gary V. Giordano, also of Maryland.
Now, cops and firefighters are searching the mine and there was some grim evidence: a pink shirt and sandals. The mine is near where she went missing on a supposed snorkeling expedition.
Solicitor General Taco Stein said: "As long as we don't have a body, you can question whether or not she is dead. On the other hand, with all the publicity on the case, if she were still alive she would have made herself known."
