UPDATE: The captain of the boat that actress Natalie Wood vanished off during a 1981 cruise is now pointing the finger at Robert Wagner. Capt. Dennis Davern, told NBC's “Today” that Wagner asked him not to take steps to find his wife. He said: "It was a matter of 'We're not going to look too hard, we're not going to turn on the search light, we're not going to notify anybody right at the moment."  Was the former Heart to Heart star responsible for Wood's death? COPS EYE MOM, FOUL PLAY IN SKY METALWALA CASE


COPS in Washington state have come to a heartbreaking conclusion: little Sky Metalwala has met with foul play. The little boy vanished Sunday after his mom Julia Biryukova outrageously claimed she left the TWO-YEAR-OLD in her car while she and her daughter walked a mile for gas. Cops did not find a gas can at the scene. But now, space cadet Julie is refusing to take a lie detector test. She was involved in a bitter custody dispute with Sky's dad. He's pointing the finger at her. Washington has the death penalty.

COPS PROBE MYSTERY DEATH OF PREGNANT JENNY WEBB

COPS IN Michigan are investigating the suspicious death of pregnant Jenny Webb, 32, whose body was found near a private gun range east of Saginaw. The range is frequently used by cops. LAUREN SPIERER'S MOM: 'JAY ROSENBAUM IS LYING'

THE MOM of missing Indiana University student Lauren Spierer has scoffed at claims by fellow student Jay Rosenbaum that he had been in contact with the family.

HOPE FADING FOR MISSING NH GIRL CELINA CASS, 11

POLICE SOURCES say hope is fast fading for the safe return of missing New Hampshire girl Celina Cass, 11. JACQUE SUE WALLER'S HUSBAND 'NOT FORTHCOMING'

THE HUSBAND of a missing mother of young triplets is 'not forthcoming' with information, cops leading the search for Jacque Sue Waller, have revealed. 
Jackson, MO, Police have named James 'Clay' Waller a "person of interest" in her disappearance and they suspect foul play may be involved. 
Police Chief James Humphreys said: "He's not cooperating the way we hope he would."
He added that his investigation team will conduct more searches this week in the area where her car was found abandoned along a Missouri state highway.

COPS BAFFLED BY DISAPPEARANCE OF AMY AHONEN

COPS and family are growing increasingly fearful over the mystery disappearance of Amy Ahonen, 38, of Denver. The pretty blonde's black Jeep Liberty was discovered abandoned on the side of a remote Colorado highway. Detectives say she was last seen at her home on Friday--the day before her birthday. When she didn't show for work, pals became worried and called cops.
 Ahonen's purse, cellphone, credit cards and car keys were found inside the unlocked Jeep, but there was no sign of the well-liked woman.  Fox Denver does report that the Colorado State Patrol had contact with her Friday morning when her vehicle was spotted on the side of the highway. She told the trooper she didn't need help. So far there have been no signs of foul play, cops say but they add they are keeping all options on the table.

COPS in Indiana have released a new timeline as they try to piece together co-ed Lauren Spierer's night before she vanished into thin air. Spierer, a 20-year-old student from Westchester disappeared June 3rd, 2011 after a night of partying.
