THE IDIOT dad of former actress Lindsay Lohan has been banned from ever contacting his ex-girlfriend again. 

Michael Lohan, allegedly smashed his girlfriend and so called journalist, Kate Major during a violent argument late last month. 

She claimed to cops that he pushed and shoved her because she refused to perform oral sex on him. 

But after being told by a judge not to even "dream" about her, he called her. 

She immediately called the cops, who were in Major's apartment when he called back later and she put him on speakerphone.

SHE'S got herself into a really sticky situation with this one. 
Dawn Montesdoca's sweet treats ended on a really sour note after cops charged her with domestic battery for pelting her husband with cupcakes. 
Quite what the 60-year-old's husband Arturo, 57, had done to annoy her is unclear, but after getting into an argument she began to hit him. 
Then she reached for the box of deserts and began pelting them at him one by one, according to the Chicago Sun Times.
By the time cops arrived, his head and shirt were smeared in icing, and he told officers he was “in fear” and wanted his wife arrested, according to a police report. 

MAD MANNY RAMIREZ DENIES BEATING HIS WIFE

FORMER baseball legend and all round basket case Manny Ramirez has pleaded not guilty to a domestic battery charge involving his wife.
As we reported here, the 12-time All Star,  is accused of slapping his wife Juliana and causing her to hit her head on the bed's headboard.  
At the time she told deputies she was afraid the situation would escalate.
Ramirez however denied striking her, telling a deputy he had grabbed her but she hit her head after he shrugged her.
Juliana had minor injuries, which included swelling on the side of her face and a contusion on the back of her head.
Ramirez, who The Broward State Attorney's office formally charged with misdemeanor domestic violence and battery, did not appear at the hearing and his attorney filed the written plea ahead of Friday's scheduled arraignment.
He is free on $2,500 bail.

DISLIKE: BENITO APOLINAR BEAT WIFE OVER FACEBOOK

A BONKERS husband beat up his wife because she did not like his Facebook status, cops say. 
Benito Apolinar, 36, allegedly pulled his wife Dolores, out of her Carlsbad TX home, by her hair and punched her in the cheek, when she refused to acknowledge his status update, paying tribute to his dead mom. 
According to the police complaint, Benito Apolinar posted a comment on his Facebook page about the anniversary of his mother's passing.

MAD MANNY RAMIREZ BUSTED FOR SLAPPING WIFE

MAD Manny Ramirez has been busted for slapping his wife, after a domestic dispute got out of hand in his South Florida bedroom. 
Cops say the 12-time All Star, who recently retired from the Tampa Bay Rays after he tested positive for a performance enhancing substance, pushed his wife and caused her to hit her head on the bed's headboard. 
She told the deputy she was afraid the situation would escalate, but Ramirez denied striking her, telling a deputy she hit her head after he shrugged her.
It's just another in an unfortunate series of incidents for the former Red Sox MVP, who helped them end their 86-year World Series curse in 2004 and then again in 2007.
