Former Mets and Phillies star Lenny 'Stupid Lenny' Dykstra pleaded no contest to three counts of grand theft auto and filing a false financial statement in a harebrained scam he orchestrated. He was released and will be sentenced Jan. 20, 2012 and it could mean up to four years in the big house. In exchange for 48-year-old former all-star's plea, 21 charges against him, including attempted grand theft auto, identity theft, possession of a controlled substance and unauthorized possession of a syringe, will be dismissed at sentencing, according to the statement. COPS HUNT CODY PEREZ IN CARINA SAUNDERS MURDER

COPS in Oklahoma have cleared one man of the grisly dismemberment murder of teenager Carina Saunders. Kyle Tweed voluntarily talked to detectives after he heard they were looking for him. Saunders dismembered body was found in a duffel bag behind an Oklahoma City area supermarket. Tweed posted on his Facebook page: "The cops let me go. I dont know the girl. That other guy is someone who came to my house for a party thats it. I did not do anything. I was released."

CASEY ANTHONY SUED AGAIN: SEARCH GROUP THIS TIME

QUITE where they think penniless party mom Casey Anthony is going to get the money from is unclear. 
But a Florida judge has refused to dismiss a search and recovery organization's law suit against her who are trying to recoup more than $100,000 they say they spent searching for her daughter Caylee.
The lawsuit launched by the non-profit group Texas EquuSearch alleges that her insistence that the two-year-old had been kidnapped by a nanny encouraged the organisation to mount what became one of the largest and most expensive searches in its 11-year history. 
But they allege that their money was wasted because she already knew Caylee was dead.  

WELCOME HOME FROM JAIL PARTY: FIVE STABBED

IT was supposed to be a 'Welcome Home' party to celebrate a teen being released from juvenile detention. 

But it ended in gunshots and stab wounds for at least five people at the party, after huge brawl erupted on the street outside the Bethlehem, PA home.

Lt. Mark DiLuzio told the Morning Call that when cops arrived they found two people had been stabbed and rushed them to hospital.

LINDSAY LOHAN DID VIOLATE PROBATION: JUDGE

FORMER actress Lindsay Lohan, did violate her probation, a judge blasted yesterday, before ordering her to take her fifth mugshot in four years.  Packing punch after punch, an unimpressed Stephanie Sautner told the troubled star she had willfully got herself kicked out of the Downtown Center which helps homeless women, by refusing to show up. 
On at least nine occasions the star who clearly thinks the rules don't apply to her had failed to appear, leaving them with no option but to cancel her help. 
Sautner told her: "Probation is a gift as I see it. There is something called looking a gift horse in the mouth," before ordering to work clean up in a morgue for 16 hours between now and her next court hearing in an attempt to mitigate the current situation.

DISMEMBERED TEEN CARINA SAUNDERS WAS 'TERRIFIED'

COPS SAY an Oklahoma teen whose dismembered body was found stuffed in a duffel bag had been receiving threatening text messages from a man she knew. Carina B. Saunders, 19, had not been seen since Sept. 28. It is not known how she died but the case is being treated as a homicide. A cousin, Kathryn Jo Bloodworth, 22, said the pretty teen stayed at her home in Oklahoma City for about a week, leaving Sept. 28. Bloodworth said she asked Saunders to go because she had been getting threatening text messages.

KRISTINA PONGRACZ KILLED LOVER, 77, WITH CANE

THEIR LOVE was doomed to fail. And now, Kristina N. Pongracz, 29, has pleaded no contest to the second-degree murder of her elderly boyfriend. She could now face five to 40 years in the big house. Cops say the pretty blonde gold digger savagely beat William Herchenrider with his cane in the large home they shared last May. It seems the old boy was ready to give the Virginia bad girl the boot. When cops arrived they found her passed out in her underwear with “a large amount of blood smeared all over her body” — blood that turned out to be Herchenrider’s. MISSING AALIYAH LUNSFORD'S MOTHER ARRESTED

THE MOM of missing Aliayah Lunford, 3, has been arrested on a food stamps scam in West Virginia. Cops say Lena Lunsford tranferred a food stamps card in her name to another person who bought $114 in food in exchange for $50 cash. But cops were cagey about whether the mom was a suspect in the little girl's disappearance. FBI Agent Jeff Killeen said: "I'm not going over who's a suspect... We're not labeling anybody a suspect at this time. That investigation remains ongoing. We're still committed to resolving this case favorably."
