NO CHARGES FOR SEATTLE SUPERHERO PHOENIX JONES

HOLY justice. 
Seattle superhero Phoenix Jones lives to fight another day after officials decided not to press charges against him after he was accused of assaulting several people with pepper spray.
He claimed he was breaking up a fight outside a club, but the people claimed they were just dancing.
It seems that authorities agreed with the muscle suit wearing, 23-year-old crime fighter, who's real name is Benjamin John Francis Fodor.
City attorney Pete Holmes told the Seattle Times that his office had been unable to locate and interview two of the people pepper sprayed.

HOLY SMOKES. The self-proclaimed Seattle superhero who got himself into a dance dilemma the other day has been unmasked.
As we reported here the crime fighting crusader, known as Phoenix Jones got into a spot of bother the other night when cops say he pepper sprayed a group of people downtown as they left a nightclub.
He claimed he was trying to break up a fight.
But when he turned up to court yesterday, an officer made him remove his charcoal colored masked and revealed his true identity as the distinctly non superhero like, Benjamin John Francis Fodor.

Apparently, our hero is fighting an assault charge for allegedly hammering a group of people with pepper spray. He says they were fighting. They say they were dancing. STAYYYYYY TUNNNNNNNNED.

THEY were found lying in a huge pool of their own blood, wife and her baby daughter viciously stabbed to death, their husband and father barely alive nearby.
But when cops asked Seattle doctor Louis Chao Chen, 39, who had committed the brutal crime, his answer shocked them.
"I did," he said, according to court documents.
A naked Chen was discovered by a co-worker at the city's Virginia Mason Hospital who'd gone round after staff had become concerned when he hadn't shown up for an orientation session.  
After they called 911, police rushed to the apartment at 910 8th Avenue, where they found the doctor's 29-year-old partner and their adopted 2-year-old son stabbed to death.

ITALIAN CONS TELL COURT: AMANDA KNOX IS INNOCENT

TWO Italian jailbirds have testified that Amanda 'Foxy Knoxy' Knox was NOT involved in the slaying of British student Meredith Kercher. However, according to CNN, they differed on who the real killer is. The Seattle exchange student was sentenced last year to 26 years in prison for the death of  Kercher at a house the two shared in Perugia, the central Italian town where both were students. It was theorize Kercher was killed when a sex game went awry. Knox has also maintained she is innocent.

SOUTH PARK NUT ISAIAH KALEBU BARRED FROM TRIAL

A MAN'S TRIAL for rape and murder had to take place without him present in court l after he repeatedly disrupted proceedings with profane outbursts. Isaiah Kalebu, 25,  from the South Park area Seattle, was removed from the courtroom  and restrained in a different room in the courthouse.  King County Superior Court Judge Michael Hayden took the unusual action when Kelebu ignored directions to remain silent during proceedings and continually yelled expletives.
