A woman told police she noticed something she thought was a man moving inside the tank when she lifted the lid. Then, after another man spotted the crazy intruder, seemingly covered in tarp, but when he checked he hear the door lock from the inside.
A cop said: "A festival security supervisor waited outside for several minutes and then saw a suspect emerge from the portable toilet. The supervisor tried to detain the suspect, but he ran away, covered in feces."

NOTORIOUS mob kingpin Al Capone's pistol has fetched more then $100,000 at auction, according to auctioneer's Christie's.
The $107,337 price is more than the $95,600 paid by a California collector for a pistol that once belonged to Depression-era gangster and bank robber John Dillinger and highlights the continued obsession with the onetime king of the Chicago underworld. 
Capone's empire was worth millions of dollars, raked in from illegal booze, gambling and prostitution, until his reign ended in 1931 he pleaded guilty to tax evasion and prohibition charges.
After serving almost eight years behind bars he went into seclusion on an estate near Miami, Florida, where he died of a stroke and pneumonia in January 1947.

A GEORGIA killer who was sentenced to death for the sickening sex slaying of an elderly woman was executed last night. Roy Willard Blankenship, 55, "jerked his head several times throughout the procedure and muttered after the pentobarbital was injected into his veins," according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. He was pronounced dead at 8:37 p.m. yesterday.
Blankenship was put down like a dog for the 1978 slaying of Sarah Mims Bowen, 78, who died of heart failure while she was being raped and beaten to death in her Savannah apartment.
