DISMEMBERED TEEN CARINA SAUNDERS WAS 'TERRIFIED'

COPS SAY an Oklahoma teen whose dismembered body was found stuffed in a duffel bag had been receiving threatening text messages from a man she knew. Carina B. Saunders, 19, had not been seen since Sept. 28. It is not known how she died but the case is being treated as a homicide. A cousin, Kathryn Jo Bloodworth, 22, said the pretty teen stayed at her home in Oklahoma City for about a week, leaving Sept. 28. Bloodworth said she asked Saunders to go because she had been getting threatening text messages.

KRISTINA PONGRACZ KILLED LOVER, 77, WITH CANE

THEIR LOVE was doomed to fail. And now, Kristina N. Pongracz, 29, has pleaded no contest to the second-degree murder of her elderly boyfriend. She could now face five to 40 years in the big house. Cops say the pretty blonde gold digger savagely beat William Herchenrider with his cane in the large home they shared last May. It seems the old boy was ready to give the Virginia bad girl the boot. When cops arrived they found her passed out in her underwear with “a large amount of blood smeared all over her body” — blood that turned out to be Herchenrider’s. MISSING AALIYAH LUNSFORD'S MOTHER ARRESTED

THE MOM of missing Aliayah Lunford, 3, has been arrested on a food stamps scam in West Virginia. Cops say Lena Lunsford tranferred a food stamps card in her name to another person who bought $114 in food in exchange for $50 cash. But cops were cagey about whether the mom was a suspect in the little girl's disappearance. FBI Agent Jeff Killeen said: "I'm not going over who's a suspect... We're not labeling anybody a suspect at this time. That investigation remains ongoing. We're still committed to resolving this case favorably." PROSECUTOR: LINDSAY LOHAN 'SHOULD GO BACK TO JAIL'

FORMER actress Lindsay Lohan should go back to jail, after she was booted from a women's shelter where a judge wanted her to spend most of her community service, a city prosecutor has claimed.
City attorney's spokesman Frank Mateljan said he didn't know why the troubled 57-year-old star had been asked to leave said but said: "We feel that her being terminated from it is a violation."
When she sentenced for violating her probation in a 2007 drunken driving case and a misdemeanor theft case earlier this year, Judge Stephanie Sautner made it clear that at least 360 of the 480 hours of service should be spent at the Downtown Women's Shelter.
Praising the Los Angeles center's mission she told the star during one hearing that she thought being at the facility would do Lohan good.

THEY say the first cut is the deepest, but this woman took it literally, when she woke up her sleeping husband by cutting her husband's neck and shoulder with a power saw.
Officers who arrived at the home in Everett, WA say they could hear the victim shouting: "You tried to cut my head off. You're going to jail."
Quite why the 43-year-old woman wanted to attack her spouse is unclear, but he told cops that that it had been dark in the room and when he turned on the light he saw his wife holding the saw.
The 36-year-old also said he'd been cut with a hatchet.
His wife told officers she grabbed the saw Friday night because an intruder escaped out her daughter's window.

THE search for a missing Arkansas college student has ended in tears. Patricia Guardado, 20, who was reported missing last week has been found dead in a pond outside Little Rock. Detectives have called her death a homicide. So far, they have not released a cause of death and no suspects have been named and cops are releasing few other details. Patricia's death has stunned her family.

The pair--who met on an online swingers website--were visiting the island on a sex and sand holiday but financially strapped Giordano, 50, had taken out a $1.5 million accidental death insurance policy on her.
