The dumb reality star was caught on camera brawling  with another girl, Brittany Truett, near her North Carolina home. 
But astonishingly she was not charged with assault, but affray, as was her fellow combatant, so the judge gave them both the suspended sentence and fined $100 for their parts in the fight.
After the verdict she arrogantly tweeted: "F*** yes!!!!! I WINNNNNNN."

Ashley Jessup, 24, allegedly performed the sickening abuse in her Dublin, OH home and then forwarded it on to her boyfriend in Michigan.

Cops are still deciding whether to press charges against him.
Jessup meanwhile has been charged with felony counts of rape, endangering children and pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor.
When a judge ordered Jessup's bail set at $1 million, bystanders in the Ohio courtroom promptly burst out in applause.
The baby's father, Johnathon Vasquez, is already in court hoping to take custody of the boy, who according to WCMH is currently in the care of his grandparents.

SICKO CHASETY REYNOLDS DOUSED GIRLFRIEND IN GAS

A TWISTED California woman soaked her roommate in gas and then incinerated her with a lit cigarette--then watched the woman burn. Evil Chasety Reynolds, 32,  pictured left, was jailed for her sick attack on Victoria de la Fuente, 46, who was burned over half her body. Lemoore Police Commander Steve Rossi said: "I have never seen a case as disturbing as this."

Ophthalmologist Promila Mehta Paul, M.D. disappeared March 21 and her son Paresh Paul--who lived with her--disappeared at the same time. He was found five days later crossing the border with Mexico back into the USA and detained at San Ysidro, California. He refused to speak with cops and has not yet been arrested or charged.

KILLER BUSTED FOR ALYSSA OTREMBA, 15, RAPE, MURDER

A TWISTED killer plucked a teenage girl from the street as she was walking home, brutally stabbed her to death and then burned her body in a vacant lot in North Las Vegas.
Alyssa Otremba, 15, had texted her family to say she would be home within half-an-hour, just arfter 6:30 on Friday evening.
But she never made it.
The next day family and friends found Alyssa's scorched body in a vacant lot on the edge of town, on the route she would have taken home.
She had been stabbed around 40 times before being set on fire, according to the Clark County Coroner's Office.
The following Monday cops got a tip from Elizabeth Morales, 18, who claimed her boyfriend, 19-year-old Daniel Ortiz may know something about the brutal murder.

Dr Conrad Murray, who worked as the superstar's personal physician allegedly administered a fatal dose of the powerful anesthetic propofol, which ultimately killed him.
But although it's only day one, his lawyers are already arguing about the jury, which will not be sequestered during the hotly anticipated trial.
