JASMEN GONZALEZ, 10, FOUND STABBED TO DEATH

TEXAS cops have a red ball on their hands after the discovery of the body of 10-year-old Oklahoma City girl Jasmen Gonzalez. Now, detectives have detained a family friend in the vicious stabbing death.  Jose Sifuentes, 23, was named as a “person of interest.” He lives in Carrollton--near Dallas--but is not a U.S. citizen. He is being held by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. He was in the same apartment where Jasmen was abducted Saturday.
Lt. Doug Mitchell said: “We’re still talking to other people. We are re-interviewing folks, so there’s a lot more work to be done.”

A PERVY ninth-grade science teacher has been accused of hiding a mini camera to take "upskirt" pictures of one of his female pupils. Dave McMillen was picked up after students handed in the tiny device, which they found when one of them accidentally knocked it loose from under the desk in one the classrooms at Selah Junior High in Selah, WA.
Chief Stacy Dwarshuis said they are awaiting the results of an analysis of the camera's content adding that computers had also been seized from McMillen's home.
The 51-year-old has since resigned from his post, after he was put on administrative leave earlier this month.

A THIRSTY thief was so desperate for a beer that he burst into two apartments and stabbed a man with a corkscrew during his search for a brew. 

Tim Snyder, 36, walked into one Chicago apartment and headed straight for the fridge, but when he didn't find any booze he punched the owner, who had been roused from his sleep by the noisy entrance and left. 

Barging his way into the second unit he again struggled with the owner, before stabbing him in the back with a corkscrew the Sun Times reports.

For some time, Sherwin Shayegan, 28, has been conning his way into sports games and demanding piggy back rides from the athletes, or simply jumped on them.
By posing as athletic staff or pretending to be an autograph hunter, or simply buying his way into the stadiums the barking mad jumper would then leap onto the athletes backs.
Last spring the Oregon School Activities Association warned athletes to look out for Shayegan after officials say he turned up at events in Eugene and Pendleton and got piggyback rides from some athletes.
But last week cops in Helena MT got a tip he would be at a Class AA soccer tournament.

The competition for customers got hotter than a pizza over when two managers of a Florida Domino's were arrested for arson after burning down a neighboring Papa John's Pizza in Lake City, FL.
Cops say Sean Everett Davidson, 23, eventually admitted to starting the blaze which gutted their rivals, in a bid to boost profits at his own pizza parlour. 

BURGLAR IN CHILD'S PINK BIKINI BREAKS INTO DAYCARE

OF COURSE, we're not making this up. On October 20 at Kidscape Daycare in Indianapolis, surveillance cameras caught something unusual: a man in a child's pink bikini breaking in. The video shows a man breaking in, completely undressing and then putting on a child's pink bikini that he found in one of the rooms.
