A DISGUSTING old pedophile has volunteered to castrate himself so he can be released as part of a plea deal.Francis Tullier, 78, opted to go under the knife to get on with his life, cutting his prison sentence in half after serving 12-years behind bars.
He was expected to be imprisoned until at least 2024.
But now as part of his plea deal he's had his testicles surgically removed in a ten minute operation at his own expense.
Back in 1999 he admitted abusing three girls aged six to 12 during the 70s and 80's pleading guilty in 1999 to three counts of molestation.
pleaded guilty in 1999 to three counts of molestation involving young girls. His lawyer said: "They had enough [evidence] to send him up for two or three life sentences. He had no chance of getting out of prison unless we did something unusual."
It's a complete turn around for Tullier who only in October he expressed reluctance to go through with the op.
According to court transcripts, the judge replied, "It's time to give Caesar what Caesar is owed." He will be released next week.
