SYRIAN MOM KIDNAPS SICK FLORIDA TODDLER

A FLORIDA man whose ailing toddler was abducted by her mom fears for the child's life. Fuat Kircaali, 51, has waged a bitter custody battle for more than a year in several states and in three different countries to get his daughter Sofia back. The last time he saw the child, he left Sofia with her mom in Turkey for what he thought was a short stay. The child's mom Racha then high tailed it with her back to her native Syria.
“Every day I spend without Sofia is one thing, but

LINDSAY LOHAN TO PLAY DOOMED SHARON TATE?

FIRST it was porn queen Linda Lovelace, now it may be a victim of the Manson Family. But the question ‘Will Hollywood take back Lindsay Lohan?’ has finally been answered. Lohan, 24, also known as the Living Train Wreck, is awaiting her April trial for allegedly stealing a $2500 necklace. In the meantime, she’s been offered the role of Sharon Tate in an upcoming Charles Manson biopic.
“Eyes of a Dreamer” is being directed by Tyler Shields, who will star as Manson and produced by Brad Wyman, who previously created a true

MOBSTER BUSTED IN SPILLED DRINK COLD CASE SLAY

A JANUARY mob crackdown snared more than 127 hoods. But it also may go a long way to solving the slaying of a Queens bartender 30 years ago. Gambino capo Bartolemeo Vernace was charged with killing two men "over a spilled drink" at the Shamrock Bar in 1981. He was acquitted eight years when mass memory failure kicked in. Now, the feds say they have him.

KILLER TELLS JURY: "I'D KILL EVERY LAST ONE OF YA'LL"

DOYLE'S WAR
IT probably wasn't the best way to avoid the death penalty.
Isiah Doyle was given the chance to take the stand and make a last minute bid to save himself from execution.
But rather than plead with them to spare his life the 28-year-old told them: "If I had an AK-47, I'd kill every last one of y'all with no remorse."
To be fair to Doyle, it wasn't the first time, his foul mouth had landed him in trouble during his trial for the 2005 shooting death of a Marrero, LA, convenience store clerk Hwa Lee.
She'd handed him the cash from the register but he shot her anyway and he told the jury: "The only reason she was shot four times is because the gun jammed.
"Otherwise, I would have emptied the gun in her f------ head."
Later in the witness stand Doyle told the jury what he had told the robbery

WELL WASHED THIEF FAILS TO MAKE CLEAN GETAWAY

DON'T DROP THE SOAP
HE came, he washed but he failed to make a clean getaway.
Shower loving Joshua Wardell, 34, broke into two Harwich, MA homes, used the showers and stole nothing but a green towel and a Snapple drink.
When cops arrived at the home, after receiving a report about breaking and entering they found him outside: "soaking wet and wearing a coat, pants and flip flops."
He told officers he was staying at a friend's nearby, but when officers delved a little deeper they soon found he'd broken into two houses right next door too each other.
They charged him with breaking and entering as well as felony larceny and destruction of property.
Needless to say, he probably won't enjoy the showers behind bars as much.

DUKE LACROSSE ACCUSER STABBED BOYFRIEND: COPS

THE woman who falsely claimed she was raped by Duke lacrosse plays is in trouble again - this time for stabbing her boyfriend in the chest.
Crystal Mangum, 32, hit the headlines five years ago when she acused the prestigious university's "Blue Devils" of attacking her at a party.
But the South Carolina  attorney general's office later concluded there was no credible evidence an attack ever occurred on the stripper.
Now she has been busted again after the stabbing that seriously injured her 46-year-old boyfriend in the torso late Saturday night.
Arriving on the scene they found him bleeding profusely and later arrested her at a friends house.
Investigators said the two were arguing but didn't release any other details.
She has been charged with assault with a deadly weapon, with intent to kill and held without bond.

$20K REWARD FOR INFO ON BRUTAL KIDNAP

GONE
MASKED and armed, they burst in abducted her, so increasingly worried FBI agents have put up a reward for information that leads to her safe return.
Agents are baffled as to why the four gun wielding kidnappers took Nadirah Ruffin, a 19-year-old mother of four at gunpoint after binding everyone else with tape and robbing them.
Deputy Chief Ernest Jubilee said several people are being looked at as "persons of interest."
Leon Murray, Nadirah's uncle, said that he would like nothing better than for his niece to return home safely and urged people in the

CANCER STRICKEN WOMAN FOILS BANK ROBBER

NOTHING TO LOSE
A CANCER stricken woman with "nothing to lose" stopped a bank robber in her tracks and held her down until cops could bust her.
Helen Dunsford, 66, was waiting to be served at the Bank of America in Oakland Park, Fla, when a woman reached in her purse, said she had a gun and yelled for everyone to get on the ground.
But as other customers ducked, Dunsford dived into action, tackling the would be thief and holding her down until cops got there.
