SADIST Jeffrey Maxwell used a deer hoist to truss up and sexually assault his neighbor who he kidnapped and sexually assaulted, Cops say. 
Investigators spent hours looking into his Corsicana TX home after he admitted raping and torturing the woman, who had spurned his advances, for 12 days. 
They seized more than 100 items, including sex toys, a bible, restraints and a number of guns, rifles and porn videos, as well as the hoist.
At least ten items, including duct tape, underwear and a cushion were listed blood, by investigators, but it's unclear whether that was Maxwell's or someone elses. 

INK FOR SEX: TATTOO MAN'S DEAL WITH GIRL, 14

A PERVERTED tattoo artist has been busted for trading tattoos for sex with a 14-year-old girl, Cops have alleged.
Walter Meyerle, who has an extensive criminal record is believed to have had repeated sexual contact with the girl at his  Morrisville, PA home and other locations over the last year.
The 34-year-old had a studio in his home and told the girl during their year-long that he would give her the tattoo in exchange for sex acts.
Cops arrested him after the girls mother and aunt, who the girl met him through tipped them off after noticing the girl had a tattoo in her pelvic area.
 Bucks County District Attorney David Heckler said that they don't usually publicize child sex cases, but in this case they want to get the word out about Meyerle.
He said: "We have reason to believe that Mr. Meyerle may have many more victims in the lower Bucks area or even well beyond that."
Police have set his bail at $1 million.

COMMUTERS FOIL SEX OFFENDER'S ATTEMPTED KIDNAP

COMMUTER'S foiled a sex offender who was attempting to kidnap a girl from a train station.
At least ten people fought of James Alfred Burnett after he tried to drag off a teen girl after grabbing her in a bear hug at LA's Avalon station.
Steve Whitmore, a sheriff's department spokesman said: "They tackled him and they brought him to the ground. He had grabbed her in a bear hug and he was dragging her off,"
"This group of passengers, could be up to 10 people, actually prevented this from occurring. They tackled him and they brought him to the ground."
The girl, who was shaken but unharmed, was then able to break free and and run away while the alleged attacker boarded a passing train.
Burnett, 46, who has prior conviction for rape, according to California's sex offender registry, was later arrested at another station. The accused has a

A MOM killed her three-year-old daughter by stuffing roses down her throat during an exorcism to remove "demons" inside the little girl. In a bizarre murder, court documents allege Dora Alicia Tejada Pleitez, 26 told Cops God told her to kill Nicole.
Pleitez's brother Amilcar Antonio Tejada discovered his sister holding her daughter Nicole's lifeless body when he arrived at their Nantucket, KY home late last week.
He told officers that when he got there is sister told him that "they need to pray and that their sister, Maria Elena, was also in the room," according to court documents.
Maria Elena had died several years ago. Pleitez told her brother that her daughter's face looked like the ghost of Maria Elena.

But the "lovely" lady they knew as Isabella, was Azra Basic a war criminal who as a Croatian Army soldier forced prisoners to drink human blood and gasoline.
The 52-year-old, who has evaded capture for more than 20 years is accused of committing crimes at three camps in the early 1990s near the majority-Serbian settlement of Cardak in Derventa in Bosnia in a complaint filed by U.S. Attorney James Arehar.
Court documents show she is charged  with a number of crimes including setting prisoners on fire, stabbing one to death, ripping fingernails out with pliers and craving crosses and the letter S into another man's flesh.

WORLD'S worst mom Lashawnda Allen has busted after he 20-month-old daughter was found wasted on booze.
The toddler had been knocking back Four Loko, alcohol so potent that it sparked fears of drug spiking at a student party when so many of them collapsed after drinking it.
Her roommate made the appalling discovery when she arrived to their Houston TX, home and found Allen chatting to a neighbor outside, having left the kids to their own devices.
Rushing in she found Allen's four-month-old hanging off the bed with the sheets tangled around her waist turning blue and quickly called an ambulance..
Allen admitted to Cops that she'd been drinking Four Loko that day and had fallen asleep.

THE SEARCH for a Detroit-area woman who vanished Friday has ended in heartache. The body of Michelle DeGrace, 40, of Shelby Township was discovered Saturday afternoon behind a home in a new subdivision after an intense search.
Now, the Macomb County Sheriff's Office is working with the medical examiner to determine the cause of death. An autopsy is expected today or tomorrow.
Cops say DeGrace, a mother of two, was reported missing to the Shelby Township Police Department by her husband after he was contacted by authorities and told her 1999 Chrysler Concorde had been found with what appeared to be blood inside.
The vehicle was discovered at about 6:30 a.m. Friday near a roadway

DNA PUTS CINCI KILLER IN DEATH PENALTY CROSS HAIRS

THE DNA from a man suspected in a 1990 homicide now puts him in the cross hairs of the death penalty. Prosecutors in Cincinnati say Timothy Sellers, 57, has been hammered with a death penalty indictment for the murder of Lillian Curtis.
According to cops raped and murdered Curtis in the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood. Her brutalized body was discovered in a building and the cause of death was listed as blunt force trauma to the head. She was also beaten on other parts of her boldy. Sellers was long a suspect in the slaying but detectives didn't have enough evidence to close the deal--until now. And Sellers? Well, he's no Prince Charming.
He was also charged in 1990 with rape and involuntary manslaughter in the death of Pauline Dunkman. Dunkman was viciously raped in June

TEXAS DAYCARE FIRE SUSPECT SURRENDERS

THE WOMAN suspected of manslaughter in the deaths of four young children at her Texas daycare has turned herself in: in her native Nigeria. And Jessica Tata is still not in custody, law enforcement sources said. Her brother Ron Tata gave the AP the rundown.

"She just felt really, really, really bad about the whole situation, especially for the families. It would be the right thing to do," he said from his home in Houston.

Cops say the 22-year-old Tata fled to Nigeria two days after a fire erupted at her home day care center in Houston on Feb. 24. Four children were killed and three were injured.

SUSPECT IN OHIO COP KILLING HAS LONG RECORD

A BIZARRE gun battle in Ohio has left one cop dead and the suspect seriously wounded. According to cops in Sandusky Officer Andrew Dunn died after the early Saturday gun battle after stopping Kev in Randleman, 50, who was riding a bicycle. There was no immediate explanation why Randleman was stopped or what triggered the shooting. Dunn was wounded multiple times and died later in hospital.
Dunn, 30, was married with two young children. He had been a cop in Sandusky the past three years.
