Malaysian man gets metal balls removed from penis

Not exactly as shown

Identified only as Ramli, the 44-year-old carnal-crazed kook, told the Harian Metro it was a do-it-yourself job recommended by a like-minded oak.
"My private part swelled up for three days but I endured the pain and didn't see a doctor," Dr. Ramli said, adding that the injury healed and he performed like a rock star. But months later his throbbing desire went flaccid when he couldn't get an erection.
His real doctor sensibly recommended the metal balls removal or face permanent impotence.
