Crooked Mexican cops covered up for vicious killers who slaughtered at least 126 people in the tiny Mexican town of San Fernando. At least 16 officers protected the killers from the notorious Zetas drugs cartel, who practically run the tiny Mexican town near the US border. The body count rose to 126 after 10 more corpses were found by horrified investigators, who discovered the pits of death when
passengers were kidnapped off a bus last March.
It's thought that many of the victims were from other countries in Central America, who had paid the evil gang to cross the border into America.
But rather than help them, they were blasted and buried.
So far, investigators have caught up with 17 people, who were involved in some way in the murder of and arrested all of them.
Mexico has continued to offer $1.3 million US for more information on anyone else who may have been connected to the crime.
